You can pay for your order directly with your credit card or through PayPal. We use Shopify Payment Gateway so that your details are always safe.
Deposits
If you choose to pay a deposit for your order then you must be aware that the deposit is nonrefundable if you choose to cancel your order or return the product at a later date. Deposits will be refunded if we cancel your order due to unavailability of a product or a pricing or offer error.
Delivery
It is imperative you provide us with your best contact telephone number and email address to ensure that we are able to communicate effectively with you. You will receive a call or text 24-48hrs before delivery to provide you with a delivery time slot and day, (e.g. Monday between 9-1pm)
Delivery costs are non-refundable for any reason. While we will do our best to accommodate any delivery requirements and dates, BHA Livings cannot guarantee that these requests or requirements will be met. Special requirements and any delivery restrictions should be stated at the checkout in the notes section or you should inform members of staff at BHA Livings as soon as you place your order. In the unlikely event of damage being caused to your property by the delivery team, BHA Livings will not accept responsibility for any damages or expenses.
Please note our delivery team will deliver your products to the front door of your delivery address as standard, unless you have requested additional and paid the extra charge or have selected the assembly option. Please measure the stairways correctly, in case the bed cannot get through the stairways the driver will not accept the return of the bed/mattress.
We shall not be liable for any loss, economic loss of profit or otherwise, arising directly or indirectly from any delay in the delivery of the goods.
If you are unable to accept the delivery, please inform us within 1 hour of the dispatch email/text being sent to you. If you are unable to receive the delivery on the day without informing us beforehand, there will be a charge of £60 for redelivery to your address.
Please note that adverse weather conditions may delay your delivery.
Our standard timescale for delivery time is less than two weeks from the time you place your order with us. Please provide us with your best contact telephone number and email address, so we can communicate effectively with you.
Sometimes situations arise with deliveries being delayed which are beyond our control. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you do not dispose of your old bed or mattress until you have received your new items and the new items have been checked for damage.
When accepting your delivery please check all items for damage to ensure they are reported without delay. Any faults or damages must be noted on the delivery note before it is signed. Please report any issues to BHA Livings within 24 hours as anything outside this will be accredited as accidental damage and BHA Livings cannot accept liability.
Customer Notice: Free delivery excludes the following postcodes and there is an extra charge.
For postcodes starting with TD or KY or ML or SA or KA or EH or DG or TN or ME or BH or BN or CT there is a £30 charge.
For postcodes starting with IV or AB or PH or DD or PL or EX or TQ or PO or DT there is a £50 charge.
There is a charge of £70 for TR postcodes.

Fitting
The fitting service offered on our website includes taking the bed to a room of your choice and assembling the bed. This does not include dismantling any of your current beds or taking away the old bed or the packaging of the new bed.
For your house, please measure the stairways and doors correctly, in case the bed cannot get through the stairways the driver will not accept the return of the bed/mattress.
Warranty
A comprehensive 90-day warranty for a bed frame means that we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our product and will repair or replace any parts of the bed frame that are found to be defective within 90 days of the purchase date. This type of warranty is meant to give our customers peace of mind and assure them that we are committed to delivering a high-quality product.
A part replacement warranty for up to 2 years means that we will continue to support our customers even after the initial 90-day warranty period has ended. If any part of the bed frame fails within 2 years of the purchase date due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will provide replacement parts to our customers at no additional cost. This helps to ensure that our customers can continue to enjoy their bed frames for years to come.
It’s important to note that these warranties do not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, include fabric damage, Deterioration or Staining, Structural issues rising from misuse of our products or improper assembly. They are also subject to certain terms and conditions, which our customers should be aware of before making a purchase. We encourage our customers to read the fine print and understand the limitations of the warranty before making a decision.
Cancellation Returns and Refund
First of all, please check over your goods on delivery to ensure that the packaging is intact and all items are in good condition before you sign for them, contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Quick ways of identifying any damages when accepting your goods are to check the boxes and plastic packaging for any tears, indents or crumpled areas, which can often identify damage. BHA Livings allows all damages to be reported within 24 hours of delivery via email.
Should you change your mind about your purchase we have a 14-day cooling-off period in which you can cancel your order, we will need written communication (Email or letter) from yourself ‘customer’ within this time period in order to cancel.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. DO NOT TAPE UP, OR WRITE ON BOXES. They must also be suitably packaged. Customers are advised to obtain and complete a ‘certificate of postage’ form stamped by the Royal Mail or Any other courier company before returning the goods. Responsibility of the goods remains that of the customer until safely received by BHA Livings accepts no liability for goods lost in transit back to our warehouse. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Each order is dealt with on a case-to-case basis, BHA Livings may be able to facilitate a return and refund with managers discretion. This will incur a £150 delivery/collection and admin fee.
To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Processing a refund could take a maximum of 7 working days if accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Any custom-sized beds are non-returnable and non-refundable this includes a custom size headboard, a custom size footboard or custom size side rails.
Once the 14 days cooling-off period has been exceeded you will not be able to cancel your order or return your bed. Any manufacturing fault needs to be reported within these 14 days.
If the product is being returned because the customer has ordered the incorrect size and in the case of a product not being faulty there will be a charge of £175 to cover the admin, onward delivery and refund process.
Please order FREE Fabric Samples before your purchase if you are unsure of the colour. We will not accept a return once the bed has been delivered and you dislike the colour or material.
The product can be returned at the customer’s own cost within 14 days. If the product is cancelled before being dispatched then there will be a £75 charge to cover the admin fee & the cost of refunding money back onto a card. If delivery cannot be made on the day requested due to access issues or unforeseen circumstances, we will attempt a re-delivery at your request on a specific day for a charge of £50.00 per pallet.
